Focused on the Marketplace
Success begins with a focus on where the action is.
The stores where the product is purchased. The locations where the service is provided. These are the places where we focus in developing our communications for the single goal: stimulating action. Stimulating action may be conducted at the point of sales. It may require information transmission via such media as the Web and magazines. Mass media is just one of many media options. Focusing on the product and the brand, we create a communications matrix that targets consumers perfectly to take action.

Creating Contact Points
We strive to find the best contact points for communicating with consumers. If there are not any good ones, we create them.
The question of “Where will we communicate?” is often more important than “What will we communicate?” Finding the best contact points in order to make the most of our communications is not always easy. We research this matter extensively, and if there are no effective contact points for our communications, we will take new approaches, even develop new media. Our targets are continually moving. Reaching them and developing relationships with them is the goal of our communications.
